Hotel Alexander is the “go to” place to stay for travelling into and out of Hahn airport. Minutes from airport. Clean, huge rooms by European standards, clean, quiet. I can not say enough good things about Hotel Alexander.

Nous avons passé 1 nuit (9-10/07/2011). Nous avions choisi cet hôtel proche de l’aéroport de Francfort-Hahn parce que nous avions un vol prévu le lendemain à 6h30 du matin.Cet hôtel était parfait pour nous: propreté et équipement exceptionnel, situation proche de l’aéroport sans en avoir les inconvénients. Nous avons pu laisser notre voiture gratuitement dans le parking de l’hôtel toute la semaine et le réceptionniste s’est occupé de réserver notre taxi pour aller à l’aéroport.

Dommage que le réceptionniste ne parlait que l’allemand (pas un mot d’anglais) mais il était très dévoué.

No lifts, we need to carry the bags in the stairs. Staff very friendly but with little English. Internet works only up to 1am.

Very odd hotel – in the middle of an abandoned industrial estate, no restaurant or bar, very odd owners – ill-mannered, rude from the second we arrived, made us feel extremely uncomfortable and I have never been afraid of hotel owners before but every move was watched (and seemingly disapproved of). Very odd experience, totally unwelcoming, no food/drinks in the evening available at the hotel, very clean building but that is, sadly, literally all it had going for it. Never felt compelled to write a review before but this should be avoided!
