Positive:
Great location, close to train station. Easy to get around Bonn. Very quiet hotel.

Good location – you are downtown and close to public transport; friendly service
Negative:
There is an elevator but you need to lug your stuff up the stairs from the front or from the garage to get to it. Some items on breakfast buffet not always fresh (stale bread, cucumbers); they start carting away items before 10 although breakfast supposedly goes until 10:30

Es liegt zentral, man kommt schnell in die Stadt und braucht kein Auto.
Negative:
Wenn ich so ein Hotel buche, erwarte ich einen kostenlosen Parkplatz.

La habitación era de buenas dimensiones. La situación es céntrica. El desayuno está correctamente instalado y servido. El personal es eficaz y amable
Negative:
La habitación estaba llena de polvo visible. La puerta del baño y la de la propia habitación, lacadas en blanco, presentaban manchas evidentes de suciedad oscura, que denotaban su falta de limpieza durante meses. El resto de las puertas de las habitaciones de mi planta, la primera, estaban en igual situación. No tenían personal de limpieza por la tarde. El suelo de la bañera, muy curvo, produce gran incomodidad durante la ducha. El zumo de naranja del desayuno no sólo no es natural, sino que sabe a naranja en polvo, utilizada lamentablemente en muchos hoteles. El capuchino que me sirvieron en el desayuno apenas si tenía café.
