The staff was great. Enjoyed chatting with the desk help. The breakfasts at the hotel are very good.
Negative:
Wireless internet access is only available through a third-party; I was unable to get it to work at all during my stay, and the staff did not know how to help. Caution for American travellers… mattresses and bedding in Germany/Europe are much different than what we are used to. Would be nice to have something a little closer to what we have at home.

Convenient for local services and for the purpose of my visit; the staff were very helpful and friendly, good wifi, quiet – no traffic noise or other “hotel”-type noise, excellent breakfast.

My room was very hot even in the middle of winter with the radiators swirched off. It would be nice to have a kettle and tea/coffee faciitiesin the rooms.

Service Super! Das Personal sehr aufmerksam und mitdenkend,hilfsbereit und freundlich. Nettes Ambiente, sauber und freundlich. Bad könnte größer und moderner sein, für den Preis drückt man aber ein Auge zu. Für uns waren die Sauberkeit und Service sehr zufriedenstellend. Gute Lage.Wir konnten schönen Spaziergang mit unserem Rhodesian Ridgeback am Rhein machen. Gute Verbondung zur Messe und Kaiserswerther Strasse. Wir kommen wieder!

Frühstücksauswahl nur mittelmäßig, keine Fitnesseinrichtungen, bei Erstbuchungen kann man die Zimmer direkt hinter der Bar bekommen.
